Underworld figure Gavin Preston 'never' sat outside at cafe until day he was shot, court told

Victoria's Supreme Court is told underworld figure Gavin Preston was cautious about his surroundings and "never" sat outside a cafe he regularly attended — other than the day he was shot dead.
